Delete your MSPT account

Request deletion without the app

Enter the email address registered to your MSPT account. We will send a verification link. We never ask for your password by email.

What happens next

• After verification, sign-in, refresh tokens, phone alerts and MSPT broker-connector access are disabled immediately.
• MSPT removes the login profile, saved research, notes, tags, tracking lists, preferences, alerts and notification-delivery data within 30 days.
• We email the registered address when deletion is complete.

Records that may be retained

Millwheel Oy may retain limited payment, subscription, security, and broker order or execution audit records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or regulatory compliance. Retained records are separated from the deleted login profile, access is restricted, and they are kept only for the applicable statutory or claims period.

Routine backup copies may remain until overwritten under MSPT's backup cycle. They are not used for ordinary operations and deletion is reapplied if a backup is restored.

Subscriptions and broker accounts

Deleting MSPT does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed. It also does not close positions or cancel orders held by your broker.
